# About

After the release of the DAO update, Naron has been dropping NAR tokens to honest and hard working miners that mined on Naron. On a weekly basis we distribute NAR tokens split by mined NFT points (see page [Distribution](https://naron.gitbook.io/naron-nft-point-mining-rewards/distribution) for details).

This idea was first brought to the Naron council from custodian Pestilentia. Naron has paid over 5.5 million TLM towards the Naron NFT point mining reward since they began.
